Kevin Raihan joined SSEK in 2024 and has been involved in various projects focusing on corporate and commercial law, data privacy, and intellectual property.
He has assisted one of Indonesia’s largest state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in preparing data protection guidelines for the SOE and its subsidiaries; advised on IP issues connected to the development of a major banking system in Indonesia; and assisted in the establishment of several foreign companies in Indonesia.
While at university, Kevin actively participated in international moot court competitions. He twice represented his university in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the world’s oldest and largest moot court competition, where his team ranked among the top 50 in the international rounds and won the 2nd Best Applicant Memorial award at the national rounds. Kevin also served as Vice President of the Moot Court Society at Padjadjaran University, overseeing the organization and coaching the team for the 2023 Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition. The team went on to win the Best Respondent Memorial award at the regional rounds in Tokyo.
Kevin is fluent in Indonesian and English.
